Who we are
PortfolioLens is provided by Curiosity X Insights. Paid plans are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles payment, invoices and tax.
Using the service
You may use PortfolioLens to analyse loan books you are allowed to process. Your files are processed in your browser; you remain responsible for the data and for how you use the results.
Results
KPIs follow standard microfinance practice and the GOGLA PAYGo PERFORM framework, but they are not an audit. Reconcile figures to the relevant standard before formal reporting.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Plan changes take effect at the next renewal. See the refund policy.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
